Summary/Abstract: In December 2020, several regulations were published in the Official Gazette, including: G.D. no. 1065/2020 regarding the extension of the alert status on the Romanian territory starting with 14 December 2020, as well as the establishment of the measures that are applied during it to prevent and combat the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic; Law no. 287/2020 regarding the establishment of measures for the application of the provisions of Article II para. (1) of Law no. 186/2017 amending and supplementing the Land Fund Law no. 18/1991; Order of the Minister of Public Works, Development and Administration and of the President of the Romanian Digitization Authority no. 4134/3875/2020 approving the Technical Norms to implement G.E.O. no. 140/2020 establishing measures regarding the use of electronic documents in the fields of construction, architecture and town planning. Also, in December, several normative acts were amended, including: Code of Criminal Procedure; Code of Fiscal Procedure; Tax Code; Labor Code; G.E.O. no. 147/2020 granting days off for parents to supervise children, in case of limitation or suspension of teaching activities that involve the actual presence of children in schools and pre-school early education institutions, following the spread of SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus; G.O. no. 26/2000 regarding the associations and the foundations, approved with amendments and supplements by Law no. 246/2005; Law no. 78/2000 for the prevention, discovery and sanctioning of acts of corruption. At the same time, in the Official Gazette of December were published the ECHR Decision of 9 June 2015 in L. v. Romania case (Application No. 39.855/13) and the ECHR Decision of 26 May 2020 in A. v. Romania case (Application No. 999/19) and also Law no. 297/2018 on movable property publicity.
