CASE-LAW OF THE HIGH COURT OF CASSATION AND JUSTICE

Summary/Abstract: Regarding the activity of the High Court of Cassation and Justice (Judge Panel on the appeal in the interest of the law), three decisions of acceptance were issued regarding: The Code of Fiscal Procedure; Law no. 71/2011 to implement Law no. 287/2009 on the Civil Code and Law no. 132/2017 on the mandatory insurance of motor-vehicle civil liability for damage caused to third parties by vehicle and tramway accidents; Law on administrative litigation no. 554/2004, with the subsequent amendments and supplements, representing the common law in administrative disputes, in the civil service litigations for the purpose of establishing/granting the salary rights.
