Summary/Abstract: Further to the work carried out by the Constitutional Court, five decisions(exceptions/objections of unconstitutionality admitted) were published in December regarding: Lawno. 188/1999 regarding the status of civil servants; Law amending Law no. 165/2013 regarding themeasures for finalizing the process of restitution, in kind or by equivalent, of the buildings abusivelytaken over during the communist regime, as well as amending and supplementing Law no. 46/2008 -Forestry Code; The law approving the G.E.O. no. 64/2020 amending and supplementing Article 8 ofthe G.E.O. no. 43/2020 approving certain support measures settled from European funds, as a resultof the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus, during the state of emergency; Law no. 71/2011 toimplement Law no. 287/2009 regarding the Civil Code; Law amending and supplementing Law no.9/1991 on the establishment of the Romanian Institute for Human Rights.
