Summary/Abstract: Ottoman Empire has lasted for centuries by means of durable political order that established by him. The beings of qualitive state men and charismatic sultans are important effects for this reality. However, besides Ottoman people make positive conributions to the life and the others, dangerous people also has seen making negative and harmful destructions. In this context, Ottoman history, as every where and every time, is a crime and punishment history a little. Because, one of the factors sustained the state for a long time is sensibility of it for justice. This can be just done as overcomig against criminials for state. The most worked issues studied in crime and punishment history are phyisical crimes. In this study, bodily harm and muredering at Ruse in the XVIII. century will be searched in accordance with informations given by court registers. By this way, to approach murdering issue from Ottoman history will be is targeted.
