Summary/Abstract: This article focuses on the effects of the Bolshevik revolution in Georgia that appeared in Russia and reflected on nations other than Russia. The work of the Transcaucasian Commissariat, which is the political formation of Georgia, which was the South Caucasus country after the revolution, and the work of this commissariat were examined. The Year 1917, when the revolution began, was a year in which many experiences were experienced for Russia and caused significant differences in the political situation of the country. The Bolsheviks takeover on November 7 1917 excited the nations in the South Caucasus (Georgian, Armenian and Azerbaijani Turks) to determine their own destiny.
