Summary/Abstract: The competences and personality of the entrepreneur are part of the economic system, the integral part of which are companies and business environment institutions. Accord-ing to the principles of thermodynamics, which affect all manifestations of tangible and intangible activities, including those of an economic nature, limiting the “frictional forces” in the economy results in its better efficiency. One of the reasons for the increase in chaos is the simplification in the economic space. The phenomenon of simplification concerns the competences and manifestations of activities of companies and business environment institutions. The structures of companies are linked by functions with the market, and the entire system is a set of economic, social and psychological elements. In this area, there is a constant problem of imbalance and ordering the system. Entrepreneurs try to expand the boundaries of the leadership of their networks. Computerization helps in this competition. However, it means an increase in the costs of companies, and this translates into higher prices and methods of market operation. Comparing the mutual visions of companies and institutions and the assessment of values can be helpful in improving enterprises and institutions operating in the economic space.
