Summary/Abstract: The amendment of the Polish Code of Civil Procedure of 4 July 2019 (Dz.U. 2019, item 1469) introduced several changes to the Polish system of procedural law. In this light, the question arises, whether these changes significantly affect the status of workers who pursue their claims before labour courts. The subject of the paper is only the procedural aspect.
