Summary/Abstract: In this study, based on the ideas of law and political philosopher Ronald Dworkin regarding the philosophy of law; In the context of the ideas of justice, equality and freedom, his thoughts on liberalism are discussed. In the first part of this study, which consists of four main sections; What is Dworkin's basic philosophy, its contributions to the philosophy of law will be discussed. In the second part of the study; what liberalism is and what it means in the historical process will be discussed. In the third part of the study; The concept of 'social liberalism' will be emphasized. In the fourth part of the study; The effect of liberalism will be addressed by the perspective of Dworkin on the concept of 'social liberalism', on which he works as a field of study, and his areas of work towards the concept of 'social liberalism' and his emphasis on equality in the context of 'right to respect and respect'
