Summary/Abstract: The paper discusses issues of employee motivation in the Świętokrzyskie voivodeship. The author presents the assessment of the motivation and motivation factors of employees in the audited companies. The article contains the results of the survey and interview which was aiming at isolating the most significant motivators in the opinion of the employees and managers of small, medium and large enterprises.
