Summary/Abstract: This study investigates some of the international connections of the Kingdom of Hungary in the Middle Age, providing insight into the information fl ow primarily based on the Styrian Rhymed Chronicle of Ottokar aus der Gaal (Steirische Reimchronik/Österreichische Reimchronik), a document originated in the fi rst two decades of the 14th century. Other German medieval chronicles are also used as an addition.
