Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to examine what conditions must be met for a given action to be considered potentially counter-hegemonic. The concept of hegemony is understood througout the optics of ethnographical based infrastructure. The question of how a change within the ideology understood as infrastructure tool can lead to the expected social change is the analytical axis of this article. The text is divided into two parts. First one, theoretical, in which the philosophical and sociological foundations are present and the second one that contains choice of case studies described by the ethnographic method. The analysis of language as both a tool and a performance is based on a feminist correction of the philosophy of language.
