THE ACCESS TO CULTURE AND THE RIGHT TO EDUCATION IN THE LIGHT OF PERSONALITY RIGHTS

Summary/Abstract: The present study intends to analyze the right to education and the access to culture, as they are regulated within the national and international legislation, trying to answer the question if and to what extend those rights could be included in the large category of personality rights. Recognized as fundamental constitutional rights, a view from the perspective of personality rights confers a new juridical dimension to the education and the access to culture, bringing them even closer to the psychosocial existence of the human-being.
