Summary/Abstract: In relation to the activity of the High Court of Cassation and Justice (the Panel regarding the appeal in the interest of the law), a decision on admission was ruled on in relation to the G.E.O. no. 57/2019 regarding the Administrative Code, Law no. 161/2003 regarding certain measures to ensure transparency in exercising public offices, public positions and in the business environment, the prevention and sanctioning of corruption and Law no. 176/2010 regarding the integrity of exercising the public offices and dignities.
