PECULIARITIES OF PROVING THE EXISTENCE OF SIGNS OF SELF-DEFENSE IN THE ACTIONS OF POLICE OFFICERS

Summary/Abstract: Self-defense is a subjective right that all persons have equally, regardless of their professional or special training, as well as their job. In the last period of time, in order not to be held criminally liable, more and more people resort to the institution of self-defense as a cause that removes the criminal nature of the deed. This study is dedicated to proving self-defense in the actions of police officers, namely finding those signs of defense undertaken by the police that prove that the defense was a legitimate one.
