Summary/Abstract: This article examines some aspects of the specifics of the telework contract and the related features of performance. In the context of the analysis of the contract, the specifics of the distribution of working time and the manner of exercising the right to rest are addressed in the guidelines of the common European policies to ensure its exercise. In conclusion, summaries have been formulated and specific proposals have been made for improving the regulation.
