Summary/Abstract: Law is a complex social phenomenon; its understanding being achieved both through its analysis from an external perspective and through its internal analysis. In its inner nature we distinguish several components, such as essence, content and form. The essence of the law is the will, its content being given by the component legal norms, and the form of the law is the internal organization of its content.
