Theoretical and practical analysis of the regulations dedicated to the contract of cession of the patrimonial copyrights in the Romanian law system

Summary/Abstract: The contract of assignment of the patrimonial copyrights is that contract named, under which a person, named assignor, undertakes to insure to another person, called assignee, for a determined time and in exchange for a remuneration, the use of one or more patrimonial rights of author. The study analyzes the notion of "assignment of copyright", the object and parties, remuneration and review of the contract of assignment of copyright, as well as issues related to the termination of the contract, nullity of the contract, settlement of disputes.
