Summary/Abstract: This article presents the issue of communication proces development between organization and its Internet communities. In the article the authors also describe technical solutions needed to make this proces possible. The main aim of the article is to present and verify a universal model that can help evaluate e-solutions for Internet communities. To achieve the main objective the paper discusses key issues of electronic communication, B2C relations and Internet communities as the main targeted audience of contemporary organization. Literature studies and practical experience of the authors are the background for the presented model.
