Summary/Abstract: In the article, I present five priorities related to the post-war activity of Gen. Władysław Anders. The most important were those concerning the future of the Polish Armed Forces in the West, operations of the Polish government-in-exile, the assessment of the situation in the international arena and Sovietised Poland, the Katyn crime, and the punishment of its perpetrators as well as a suitable commemoration of the Polish soldiers fallen in the Second World War.
