Summary/Abstract: CPB intends to provide a better response to more dynamic and various risks and threats that address the economic, political, social and military stability of the contemporary world. In view of the aforementioned aspects, this paper intends to present an analysis of different ways in which the CPB process and the process of developing military capabilities may be modeled, taking into consideration the economical aspect of maximizing the required benefits while minimizing costs
