Summary/Abstract: Parasitic disorders including helminthiasis as well as bacterial and viruses are significant epidemiological problem all over the world. Helminth success depends on ability to survive long in the host organism, as a result of immunological response modulation. Parasitic worms use many strategies, which protect them against immunological system attack. Helminths avoid, inhibit and change reaction process, then the defense becomes weak hence result in parasite tolerance. These features make helminths and their excretory-secretory products useful in new autoimmunological diseases and allergy therapies.
