Summary/Abstract: The authors review ways of learning through fun and play at the “Zharko Zrenjanin” Public Library in Zrenjanin, Republic of Serbia. Activities that are regularly held in this institution are presented. Some of them, such as the “Poetic Relay or the Reader's Badge”, have been traditional for more than 40 years. They are the basis for the development of learning through fun and play concept, as well as the motivation of children to visit the library. Other activities of the Children's Department of the Library in Zrenjanin are also described and analyzed.
