Summary/Abstract: In this article we discuss the possibilities of employers affected by the SARS-COV-2 pandemic to cope with the restrictions imposed, not to reduce staff. There is the problem of the state bearing part of the wage costs, in order to avoid rising unemployment and consolidating the labor market. This article is useful for all employers in the private sector.
