Management skills within a private company are measured in money and employees’ effectiveness. There are many ways to analyze how that company is doing its business, how resources are used and how efficient they return results. Managing a military organization is a different business, on terms of resources, efficiency, costs and results. How to train military managers and leaders, how to use their skills and check their abilities, is a challenge itself.
