Summary/Abstract: Supported-employment enterprises play the major role in the disabled individuals occupational development. Their activity, as they are enterprises with lower efficiency, is supported by various forms of the state aid. Efficient management of financial means in enterprises that obtained the status of supported-employment enterprises is the major condition of their existence and in a situation where the set of financial instruments to support those enterprises is narrowed, it becomes even more important. As the situation of supportedemployment enterprises in Poland deteriorates every year, while those enterprises employ about 80% of disabled individuals in the state, the development of optimal system of financial support for them must be seen as a priority.
