ON SOME QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CRIMES PERPETRATED BY A PERSON HAVING A DEGREE OF HIGH MEDICAL EDUCATION OR BY OTHER MEDICAL SPECIALIST

Summary/Abstract: The article examines many issues related to crimes that have as perpetrators special categories of persons – medical professionals and those which can be committed by any pennaly responsible person but typically are committed by medics during the performance of their professional duties. An attempt has been made for a complete systematics of these crimes, included in various chapters of the special part of the Penal Code, and some proposals for improving the legal framework have been made.
