Summary/Abstract: Unlike the ancient epochal framework in which the area of possible is always determined by what it is, in the modern period the possibility is product of a man’s action which does not presuppose external causality. In spite of this, in our time, there are various disputes over the Universality which is replaced by a rhapsodic image of the world. The apparent anarchy is distrustful to the mind which it considers to be dogmatic. It intersects with the new dogmatism, so the rhapsodic unity of individual desires is always subordinate to some pathological interest. In this paper, it is pointed out to some interpretations of Kant’s philosophy which ignore its enlightening reach and try to present Kant as the founder of the rhapsodic picture of the world in which the possibility, determined by reality, is the assumption of human action.
