Legal Effects of the Irregular Dismissal of Criminal Proceedings

Summary/Abstract: The article reviews the effects of infraction the rules, where the law makes provisions for dismissal of criminal proceedings. The reason for delays in criminal trials is very often due to unjustified return since infractions are not removable and due to this it is impossible to be correct. De lege ferenda, one must accept the amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code concerning procedure rules about the way and the means of their elimination at present.
