Summary/Abstract: The article brings an analysis of the questioning of the induction of the nonexistence of a thing from his nonappearance, as it appears in the Exigit ordo of Nicholas of Autrecourt. I succeeded in prove that this XIVth century thinker is a predecessor of the phenomenism, because he establishes the distinction between the mental act of the apprehension from the image of the things.
