Summary/Abstract: Karlovac Metropolitan is territorially, but we can as well say timely, one until now incomplete Epoch in the Serbian Orthodox Church, thus in the Serbian people as well. As well as every other time in history, this one has its beginning. Some historians think that the period and administrative period of Karlovac Metropolitan has ended, but saying it modestly, I think they are wrong, with my deepest apologies. What are we dealing with? It is true that this Metropolitan has its beginning, sadly, in the todays practice it has its ending, but which one, and can it be called an ending from the stance of the ecclesial law, but also from the stance of Human conscience and Christian morale, we will try to explain in short, but important statements in this paper. Also with this paper we will showcase a relationship of the State and Church Law (How much was that relationship healthy, we leave it up to the reader to deicide). The important thing is that the Karlovac Metropolitan, still lives spiritually, waiting the lawful sentence by God, having in mind the words of Saint Apostle Paul: „Always go for good, between yourselves, and to everyone. Rejoice ever. Pray to God endlessly. Thank for everything; Cause this is Gods will in Christ Jesus of You.“ (1. Sol. 5, 15–18). These words were the motto of the relationship of Law and Justice in the Karlovac Metropolitan
