Building social relations in the context of satisfying the children’s needs by family orphanages employees

Summary/Abstract: In a descriptive way the article describes the problems and significance of satisfying the needs of pupils by employees in a relationship building process in family orphanages. The author of the article first presents the definition and categories of needs, and secondly, presents the results of ethnographic research obtained by techniques of interview, observation and existing data. The present-ed analysis shows the dependencies between the satisfying the needs of pupils by employees, and building relationships in the family orphanages. The results of researches were divided into several subtopics including: realization of pupil needs, individuality needs, privacy, self-reliance and final conclusions.
