Summary/Abstract: In any developed country society wants an improvement of public services, but not higher taxes. Therefore, the company can support a favorable climate for the development of government policy in modernizing and simplifying administrative procedures, as well as for economic development and promoting the improvement of its human capital, reducing the time allocated to fulfilling obligations to the state, promoting electronic solutions, increasing security of public documents and personal data, reducing the financial costs of public administration. The aim of the paper is to highlight the influence of citizens on public administration decisions and the conditions for creating public values.
