Summary/Abstract: The protein structure prediction is of massive significance because the properties of the proteins are critically determined by their structures. The protein structure prediction problem (Protein Folding Problem) is to predict the compact three-dimensional structure of a protein based on its amino acid sequence. Therefore, the protein folding problem is a computationally challenging problem. In this article, we will study the behavior of heuristic algorithm for protein folding problem, above sequences of hydrophobic amino acids only. The article is for educational purposes.
