Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze, in a comprehensive way, the current criminal legislation in the field of forestry seeking to clarify all legal aspects related to meeting the (constituent) elements of the crimes provided by the Forestry Code, especially in the light of its recent substantial changes.
