Summary/Abstract: This paper presents spatial analysis of selected environmental problems that Poland is struggling with. These issues concern the country's differentiation in the scope of environmental actions taken, the level of pollution of the natural environment as well as expenditures on fixed assets for environmental protection. To make it possible to compare the above problems, methods of multidimensional comparative analysis were used, and as a result, rankings of selected complex phenomena were obtained. The rankings have been subjected to a comparison procedure.
