Summary/Abstract: In the unitary interpretation and application of the provisions of art. 493 para. (1) lit. a) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the interdiction to initiate or, as the case may be, the suspension of the procedure of dissolution or liquidation of the legal person does not aim at the dissolution, respectively the liquidation in the bankruptcy procedure provided by Law no. 85/2014 on insolvency prevention and insolvency procedures.
