Summary/Abstract: The subject of this paper is the presentation of the structure of The History of Montenegrin Constitutionality which is created to compensate for the absence of the entire work concerning the aforementioned matter. To this end, in addition to the introductory remarks, the paper individually deals with the following sections: justification of the topic, challenges that exist in its development, sources and types of documents that shall be used, as well as the taxonomy of the future work.Open points that the author shall confront while writing about the development of our Constitutionality, as well as his answers to the methodological, theoretical and normative questions that arise in this process, have been highlighted as problematic. The central part of this paper is organized in twelve titles that shall comprise the History, and within which, shorter notes relating to the content of each of the entries are given. The scope and manner of the analysis of each phase in the development of Montenegrin Constitutionality is defined by the forms in which it was achieved (written and oral), as well as material and formal sources that shaped it.
