Summary/Abstract: This work deals with the contents of reports delivered lo Rome between 1602 and 1919 by Bishops from Senj and Modruš. The latest reports, preserved in the Secret Archives of Vatican, have not accessible for investigations. These reports have been kept in "Relationes ad limina" fund, Voll. 734 and 799. The author quotes the names of the research workers, who were engaged with theseproblems, then the names of bishops, who used to deliver their reports to Rome as well as their contents on the basis of which were obtained detailed and valuable pieces of information regarding the condition in the County of Senj and Modruš. In his opinion, these reports are a very valuable source for the church history of the regions, which were the part of the Dieceses of Senj,Modruš und Krbava.
