Summary/Abstract: In the era of a new media development, there are more and more opportunities to disseminate knowledge. One of the social platforms that has great educational potential is Instagram. The community of instamothers willingly and actively looks for a scientific content related to motherhood. Bloggers and influencers who are also mothers respond to these needs and at the same time convey the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge.
