Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this study, which investigates the effect of job satisfaction on productivity in university employees, is to combine the concepts of job satisfaction and productivity with the sources in the literature and to interpret the results of the research. Previous researches and studies in the literature have been scanned and examined in detail. This topic, supported by a field study conducted at a foundation university, highlights the effect of job satisfaction on productivity. In the research, the concepts were defined with the literature search technique and questionnaire forms that were applied before and whose validity was tested in terms of reliability were used. A 6-question demographic questionnaire was created to obtain demographic information of the participants. In addition to the questionnaire created for this purpose, the job satisfaction quadrant scale, which is used to measure job satisfaction and whose reliability was provided by Yelboğa (2009), was used.
