Summary/Abstract: There is a three-fold aim of Church penalty included in the Code of Canon Law 1983 by the law maker: repair the scandal, restore justice, reform the offender. Only then, when these aims will be gained, penalty can be suspended. This paper covers the topic of these delicts which result in depravity amongst faithful. What is stressed in this paper is a way of repair of scandal which has already taken place, that is in case of delict of heresy, apostasy and schism; profanation of sacred place, attempt to get married by a cleric; obstinacy in a sin against chastity; other acts resulting in depravity. These are only chosen of situations addressed in this publication, situation which oblige to repair to depravity occured as a result of committed offense.
