The influence of the public debt changes on the growth pace of national income in Europe

Summary/Abstract: In the finance crisis years, The State Public Debt (domestic and foreign) is one of economic category elements which are influenced by market as well as economic politics. A low standardization degree of the public debt in statistics produced by IMF as well as Eurostat is an obstacle to conduct judicious politics of the public debt value shaping. The article presents projection which shows that a gradually abatement of debt can insignificantly reduce pace of the national income increase in the first years of the debt abatement. The pace of the national income increase can be bigger in the next years because the debt value will decrease.
