Summary/Abstract: The article proposes the analysis and comparison from the point of view of the use made of the temporal dimension («chronotope») of the poetic works of some of the major poets of the Russian 20th Century. Two of those are «unofficial» poets: Evgenyj Leonidovič Kropivnickij (1893-1979) and Jan (Jakov) Abramovič Satunovskij (1913-1982), while the third one is an “aligned” poet – although often uncomfortable and confined to the periphery of the regime’s cultural establishment – Boris Abramovič Sluckij (1919-1986).
