Summary/Abstract: A small epistolary file between the most eminent epigraphists of Romania and Bulgaria, Dionisie M. Pippidi and Georgi Mihailov, which is only one brief period (1975-1981), particularly concerns the organization of the VIIth International Congress of Greek and Latin Epigraphy of Constantza (September 1977) and brings details of other meetings as well as the functioning of certain scientific associations .
