Summary/Abstract: More and more often, the idea of limiting the unauthorized access to the classified data and information is being outlined and seen as a limitation of the civil rights and liberties. Is there somehow a risk of including also information of public interest into the process of classification the national security data whether one talks about the military domain or technological one as representing a major advantage on the competitive market in order to protect activities that fell into a grey area between legal and illegal?
