Summary/Abstract: Two years have passed since President Doland Trump took over the presidency and introduced a new approach to politics in the White House, as well as in the entire administration. As original as he could seam, there are clear perspectives to draw the basic lines of a future to be Trump doctrine. Some premises, preliminaries and perspectives need to be observed already, linked, for sure to the evolution of the whole world. So we are already talking about the big power politics, confrontation without borders, limitations and agreements denounced, as well as a realism tough and pure. We are also talking more and more about a revival of some type of Reagan 2 doctrine with an arms race, competition of distruction and mudling the adversary in an ongoing long war that consumes its resources
