Summary/Abstract: The extremely sophisticated, destructive and difficult to understand 21st century wars of most people can produce a great deal of human suffering and a rapid deterioration of the environment, with dramatic consequences for all mankind. The reaction of the strategic leaders of a country, of the opinion formers, of the population and not, finally, of its armed forces to such aggressions - is based both on political-strategic, economic, financial and social reasons, as well as on psychological commands. The neglected psychological component, most of the time, can dramatically change the fate of a war and lead to the most unexpected results.
