Summary/Abstract: The relations between the International Court of Justice and the specialized tribunals in the process of application of international law; states before the Court may influence the application of law, while nongovernmental subjects cannot do that before the tribunals; The Court is composed of experts of international law, while tribunals need not; it is necessary to provide an equalized application of international law through the Court as a principal judiciary organ in the system of the United Nations.
