Introduction to the concept of Global Administrative Law

Summary/Abstract: The concept of “global administrative law” was first presented and described in 2005 in a manifesto article signed by a team of researchers from 3 continents, and although many years have passed since the first discussions on this concept and many theoretical “battles” have taken place, among the authors representing different schools and systems of law, in our legal literature this topic, unfortunately, was bypassed. This article proposes to reveal the globalization of administrative law and to bring to the discussion the viability of the new concept.
