Summary/Abstract: The organigram project „Possible innovative approaches to rural libraries activity” was conceived starting from the fact that, periodically, arises the problem that library services should adapt to the evolution of social needs at community level. This organigram is carried in a structured content by monographic principle: 1. A minimal sociological investigation; 2. Didactic and investigative activity; 3. Publicistic activity; 4. Organizational activity; 5. Relational activitiy; 6. Creativity stimulations activity; 7. Museum and monographic activity. The project will not be imposed from the center, but it will be subject to methodological debate at the next meetings of the librarians from Caras-Severin county. This project is inspired from the cultural and national emancipation projects initiated by „Asociaţiunea Transilvană Astra,” asociation that generated, specially in Transilvania and Banat, a strong movement when the famous „Casine” and „Reuniunile” started (see „Reuniunile învăţătoreşti,” „Reuniunile de lectură,” „Reuniunile corale şi teatrale” and so on).
